Airline blowguns that block or concentrate air too narrowly slow down cleaning and present safety risks in busy workshop environments. The PCL BG7005 is an Ergo series Aircurtain Blowgun with an Rp1/4 inlet, design-engineered in the UK and recommended for use in large areas where wide, unobstructed airflow is required. The BG7005 features a flat aircurtain nozzle that spreads airflow broadly, making the blowgun impossible to block and delivering an extremely high blowing force. A newly designed air release valve is built into the body, enabling the trigger and airflow to be feathered for precise control. The blowgun is constructed from durable Zytel Nylon, providing a sturdy build that looks and feels good in the hand. With an airflow rating of 8.8 cfm (249 l/min) and a measured sound level of 94 dBa, the BG7005 conforms to OSHA 1910.95 and OSHA STD 1-13.1 safety requirements. The Ergo range has been designed with comfort and affordability in mind and carries PCL DNA throughout its construction, building on the high quality and performance for which PCL is known. The BG7005 measures 240 mm in length, 25 mm in width and 65 mm in height, with a shipping weight of 0.185 kg. The PCL Ergo and Ergo Extreme blowgun ranges share the same design-engineered-in-the-UK lineage. The Ergo Extreme variants offer additional cushioning via a flexible rubber grip for extended use.
