The PCL BG5004 is an entry-level plastic blowgun fitted with a safety nozzle and an Rp 1/4 inlet, part of PCL's Ergo blowgun range, design-engineered in the UK for comfort and affordability.
The BG5004 body is manufactured from acetal resin, a material chosen for its chemical and impact resistance, making it suitable for use with both air and water. The ergonomically designed handle is shaped for comfort during sustained use, and the innovative nozzle design ensures that airflow cannot be blocked — a key safety requirement in workshop environments. A valve allows trigger-adjustable airflow, giving the operator direct control over output.
Airflow is rated at 270 l/min (9.3 cfm). The Ergo range sits within PCL's broader blowgun portfolio, which also includes the Ergo Extreme variant; that model adds a flexible rubber overmould for additional cushioning. The BG5004 is supplied in a blister pack and is suitable for workshop, general industrial, and light-trade applications where a competitively priced, reliable blowgun is required.
