A poorly controlled airflow from a blowgun creates noise hazards and safety risks on the workshop floor. The PCL BG8002 is a 2 Bar Regulated Safety Blowgun from the Ergo range, fitted with an extended conical nozzle and an Rp1/4 inlet, design-engineered in the UK for strength, comfort and affordability. The BG8002 is built from durable Zytel Nylon — a sturdy construction that looks and feels good in the hand. A newly designed air release valve is built into the body, enabling the trigger and airflow to be feathered with precision. The automatic pressure reduction system ensures that air inlet pressure is automatically reduced to the recommended 2 bar, virtually eliminating user error and supporting compliance with OSHA guidance on industrial safety blowguns. The BG8002 delivers an airflow of 8.9 cfm (252 l/min) with a sound level of 90 dBa. The extended nozzle configuration suits directed cleaning tasks in workshop and industrial environments. Conformity is declared to EU/2003/10/CE, the European directive on occupational noise exposure. Overall dimensions are 455 mm in length, 25 mm wide and 65 mm tall, with a shipping weight of 0.264 kg. The BG8002 belongs to the Ergo blowgun range.
