Diesel Particulate Filters accumulate soot during normal operation and rely on periodic regeneration cycles to burn off these deposits. In vehicles predominantly used on short journeys, exhaust temperatures may not reach the threshold required for active regeneration — causing the DPF to become progressively blocked. Blocked DPFs trigger warning lights, reduce engine performance, and — if ignored — can result in forced regeneration or costly DPF replacement.
WEPP DPF In-Tank Cleaner (WEPP2132, 300ml) is a fuel-borne DPF treatment that lowers the combustion temperature of soot particles accumulated in the DPF, enabling passive regeneration to occur at lower exhaust temperatures. Added directly to the diesel fuel tank before a run, it circulates through the fuel system and is combusted with the fuel, releasing its active components into the exhaust stream where they act on DPF soot deposits.
Suitable for all diesel vehicles fitted with a DPF. Supplied in cases of 24 x 300ml.

The WEPP2132-300 is a pour-in turbo and EGR cleaner — added to the diesel fuel tank, it dissolves and cleans oil and soot residues from the turbocharger, and addresses deposit build-up in the diesel particulate filter (DPF) and exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) valve. Reduces emissions, restores engine performance and addresses rough idling, hard starting and poor fuel economy.
A. The WEPP2132-300 can be dosed at every full tank refill on vehicles that struggle to complete DPF regeneration — most commonly short-journey, low-rpm diesels. For preventative use on healthy vehicles, dose every two to three full tanks. The treatment does not damage the engine when used routinely.

For a fully blocked DPF that prevents normal engine running, a workshop-applied DPF service or, if damaged, replacement, is required.
