Exocet Diesel Supreme is a premium upgrade additive for diesel, supplied here in the 25 litre pack. It does two jobs: it acts as an additive package for unadditised, terminal-sourced EN590 DERV, and it upgrades retail diesel to premium grade fuel.
It raises the cetane number, giving increased pulling power, smoother delivery, reduced visible smoke and improved combustion efficiency, and it reduces the load on a DPF. It reduces deposit formation through the injection system, keeping injectors clean in high pressure common rail engines, preventing injector sticking and over-fuelling, maintaining spray pattern and preventing nozzle coking in older engines. It increases fuel lubricity to compensate for sulphur reduction, protecting pumps and injectors from premature wear, and it resists water pick-up, preventing the emulsions that block filters.
Dose at 1 litre of additive to 2,000 litres of diesel, added to bulk storage or directly into the vehicle tank. Use it where consistent and optimal power delivery is required, where fuel economy needs optimising, where diesel knock and engine noise need minimising, where emissions reduction is sought, or where protection against high biodiesel content is needed.
This is the 25 litre pack, part XO1964D-25Litre. Also available in 200 litre drum [XO1964D-Drum], 50ml [XO1964D-50ml] and 100ml [XO1964D-100ml], and 4 further pack sizes.
