Carbon deposits on throttle valves, EGR valves and idle air control valves disrupt air flow and idle quality. BG Throttle Body & Air Intake Cleaner (406E, 565ml aerosol) removes accumulated carbon deposits from the butterfly valve, throttle body assembly, EGR valve and idle air control valves. Contains lubricants and protects against future deposit formation. Sprayed directly into the air intake system while the engine is running.
The aerosol spray format allows direct application to the throttle body or air intake while the engine is running — simply spray into the air intake system and allow the cleaning chemistry to dissolve and remove deposits without disassembly. The formula is safe for oxygen sensors and catalytic converters.
Suitable for all petrol and diesel engines. Use as part of a regular induction maintenance service or when throttle body deposits are causing drivability issues.
