Extended oil change intervals, short-journey driving, and high-temperature operation cause engine oil to degrade and accumulate sludge, varnish, and carbon deposits in galleries, valve trains, and oil passages. These deposits restrict oil flow to critical components, accelerate wear, and reduce the effectiveness of fresh oil at the next service interval.
Astratech Engine Oil Flush (PA01, 250ml) is a pre-oil-change engine cleaner designed to dissolve and release sludge, varnish, and carbon deposits from engine internals before the oil is drained. Added to the existing engine oil shortly before an oil change, it circulates through the engine to loosen accumulated deposits, which are then expelled with the old oil. The result is a cleaner engine that allows the fresh oil to perform as intended.
Suitable for use in petrol and diesel engines. Supplied in cases of 12 x 250ml.

A. The PA01 is a maintenance-level engine oil flush — it safely and effectively removes accumulated deposits from the piston ring belt, hydraulic lifters, rocker arms and other critical engine parts. Restores compression, improves efficiency and addresses smoking, poor fuel economy and poor emissions caused by deposit build-up.
A. Add the PA01 to the existing engine oil shortly before a scheduled oil change. The chemistry circulates through the engine to remove old, exhausted oil and accumulated deposits. At the drain the loosened deposits leave with the old oil.
A. PA01 works with modern catalyst, GPF, DPF, and EGR setups. The treatment exits the engine at the oil change rather than passing through the exhaust system, so emissions hardware stays clean.
A. Suitable for use in petrol and diesel engines on passenger cars and light commercials. The PA01 method does not change with fuel type. For bikes, motorsport or off-highway engines, check with the trade desk first.
A. The PA01 bottle is 250 ml. One bottle is the standard dose for a single engine treatment up to the engine size noted on the label. For larger commercial engines or specialist applications, check the label or contact the trade desk for the correct dose rate.
