The ISO VG 100 viscosity grade is positioned for lighter-duty general-purpose industrial gearboxes — small to medium enclosed gear units running at moderate speeds.
Approvals and performance levels include DIN 51517 Part 3 (CLP); and the ISO VG 100 viscosity classification.
Shell Omala S2 GX 100 is also available in a 209-litre drum (PRD00004206) for workshop bulk supply.
The 20-litre pack format is suited to single-machine top-up and small workshop service. Store sealed in the original packaging, in a clean, dry area away from extremes of temperature, to preserve product performance over its shelf life.
