Q8 Oils Formula Truck 8500 10W-40 in the 208-litre drum is supplied for workshop bulk service, multi-machine fleet maintenance and on-site refuelling depots running heavy-duty fleets. It is a synthetic ultra-high-performance low-SAPS heavy-duty engine oil developed for heavy-duty vehicles requiring ACEA E6/E7/E9 and API CJ-4 specifications. It can be used in most Euro IV, Euro V and Euro VI diesel engines equipped with after-treatment systems and operating on low sulphur diesel.
The oil is bio-fuel compatible, has cold-starting properties, offers extended oil drains, and provides protection against wear and oxidation. The product is positioned to exceed the requirements of more than 90% of the heavy-duty fleet — including Scania, MAN, Mercedes-Benz, Cummins, Volvo, MTU and CAT.
Approvals and performance levels include ACEA E6, E7 and E9; API CJ-4; JASO DH-2; Caterpillar ECF-2 and ECF-3; Cummins CES 20081; MTU Type 2.1 and 3.1; Deutz DQC IV-10 LA; MAN M3477 and M3271; Volvo VDS-5, VDS-4 and CNG; Renault Trucks RGD and RLD-3; Mack EO-O; Detroit Diesel 93K218; and Scania LA.
