Fuchs Titan Cargo 15W-40 is an ultra-high performance, fuel-economy heavy-duty engine oil specifically developed for Volvo with extended service intervals. The product is based on a combination additive technology with a new base oil that gives high oxidation stability and supports engine durability across mixed-fleet diesel operation.
Older diesel engines can also be changed over to Titan Cargo 15W-40 without flushing required; the oil is compatible with conventional branded engine oils, however intermixtures with other engine oils should be avoided and a complete oil change is recommended when converting. The formulation is intended for commercial vehicle diesel engines requiring an ACEA E9 / API CK-4 multigrade.
Approvals and performance levels include ACEA E9; API CK-4 / CJ-4 / SN; Caterpillar ECF-3; JASO DH-2; MB-Approval 228.31; Volvo VDS-4.5; MAN M 3775; Cummins CES 20086; Deutz DQC III-10 LA; Renault Trucks RLD-3; Mack EOS-4; Detroit Diesel 93K222; and Ford M2C171-F1.
The 20-litre pack format is suited to single-machine top-up and small workshop service. Store sealed in the original packaging, in a clean, dry area away from extremes of temperature, to preserve product performance over its shelf life.
