The Haztec 8-82023 is a compact CANbus interface with 2 fully programmable 6A outputs, used to bring switched equipment such as grille and rear lights under the control of Haztec's CANbus systems.
It works in conjunction with Haztec's CANbus control hardware - handsets and ModuLux button systems - translating commands from the control surface into switched power at its two outputs. Each output is fully programmable, so what a button does (latch, momentary, sequence membership) is defined in the system configuration rather than fixed by wiring.
The 6A rating per output covers typical LED warning lighting loads, which is why Haztec cites grille and rear lights as the standard use case. Larger systems combine several interfaces or use higher-capacity switching modules.
Order it as part of a ModuLux or CANbus handset installation; a kit version (8-82023-K) exists where the interface is specified as part of a system package.
