The Haztec 8-82802-K is an interface and linking kit with 2 x 6A programmable output switching for Haztec CANbus handsets and ModuLux controllers - the junction box that ties a CANbus control installation together.
Haztec lists three jobs for it. It is the junction box and data cable for the 8-82306, 8-82312 and 8-82316+ handsets; it is the junction box kit for adding the 8-82005 CANbus microphone to a system; and it links ModuLux button systems to other EuroSmart components. In each role the two fully programmable 6A outputs add switched power for equipment such as grille and rear lights.
That combination - data linking plus programmable switching in one part - is what makes it the standard kit Haztec shows in its EuroSmart system examples: one 8-82802-K connects the control surface, microphone and switched loads without separate junction hardware - fewer parts to specify, fewer connections to fault-find, and a system diagram that matches what is actually installed.
A permanent mount bracket option is available where a handheld controller is not required. Specify the kit alongside your handset or ModuLux modules when building the system.
