Variations
Moisture and particulates in a compressed air line cause premature tool wear and inconsistent output. The PCL ATC6 is a filter/regulator unit for compressed air systems, fitted with 1/4 ports and adjustable over a range of 0–10 bar (0–145 psi), with a maximum inlet pressure of 12 bar and a flow capacity of 1,800 l/min.
The unit features a polycarbonate bowl that allows the user to monitor the filter element condition and the level of collected liquid at a glance. The bowl is surrounded by a protective metal guard as a safety measure against excessive pressures, temperatures, or aggressive chemicals. Filtration is rated to 10 microns, eliminating fine particulates from the airflow before they reach downstream equipment.
With a flow rate of 1,800 l/min, the ATC6 is suited to workshop and industrial compressed air installations where consistent air quality and regulated pressure are required. The 1/4 BSP port sizing makes it compatible with standard quarter-inch airline fittings and pipework.
