Draper's 9394 cloth sanding belts address this directly through a combination of electrostatic sand planting and an open coat aluminium oxide grain, which promotes efficient chip removal and aids heat dissipation during extended use. The abrasive grain is resin bonded to a strong X-weight polycotton cloth backing. This backing provides both flexibility and durability, enhancing the intensity of loading and allowing the belt to perform across a range of pressure applications. A special butt joint construction minimises the effect of vibration across the work surface, helping to deliver an even, uniform finish. The belts measure 100 x 1220mm and are supplied at 120 grit, making them suited to fine sanding and finishing tasks across wood, metal, aluminium alloy, painted surfaces, plastic and fillers. They are compatible with all 100 x 1220mm belt sanders. Each pack contains two belts.
