Draper 9218 addresses these requirements with a set of five 50 x 686mm cloth sanding belts constructed from aluminium oxide grain, resin bonded to the backing for efficient resistance and long-lasting performance. The electrostatic sand planting and open coat aluminium oxide grain work together to aid chip removal and heat dissipation during extended sanding runs. A special butt joint minimises the effect of vibration across the work surface, helping to produce a smooth and even finish on each pass. The X-weight polycotton cloth backing provides both flexibility and durability, enhancing the intensity of loading and enabling use across different pressure applications. At 120 grit, these belts are suited to sanding and finishing wood, metal, aluminium alloy, painted surfaces, plastic, and fillers. Each belt measures 50mm wide by 686mm in length and is compatible with all 50 x 686mm belt sanders, including Draper Stock No. 05096. Supplied as a pack of five.
