Electrostatic sand planting and an open coat grain structure promote effective chip removal and heat dissipation, reducing the risk of surface clogging during extended use. The belts feature a special butt joint construction that minimises the effect of vibration across the work surface, producing a smooth and even finish with each pass. A strong X-weight polycotton cloth backing provides the flexibility and durability needed across a range of pressure applications, enhancing loading intensity without compromising belt integrity. At 152 mm wide and 2010 mm in length, this 120 grit belt is suited to sanding and finishing wood, metal, aluminium alloy, painted surfaces, plastic and fillers. The belts are compatible with all 152 x 1210 mm sanders, including the Draper stock number 98424. Supplied as a pack of two.
