Loose lines chafe, vibrate and fail - the fix is a lined clip that holds them still without cutting in.
The PEZH52BG is a JCS lined P-clip with a 52mm closed diameter, sized to wrap a pipe, hose or cable of that outside diameter and bolt it to a surface through its M10 fixing hole (10.8mm). The TPE160 high-temperature liner absorbs vibration and prevents chafing, is UV and ozone resistant, and is rated for service from -50C to +160C. A strengthening rib in the band keeps the clip flush against the mounting face. Fixing nuts and bolts are not supplied.
The M10 fixing is for the heaviest mounting points - zinc plated on all surfaces with the TPE160 liner as standard, it secures pipe and cable runs to structural steel and plant frames in non-corrosive conditions. Non-standard sizes and liner options are available from JCS on request where a run falls outside the catalogue sizes.
Also available - the 304 stainless version (PESH52BG); the 48mm size (PEZH48BG).
