JCS describes its P-clips as suited to the most challenging environments, and the PEZH25BG carries that specification at 25mm closed diameter: a TPE160 high-temperature liner rated -50C to +160C, UV and ozone resistant, wrapped in a ribbed band that bolts flush through a 10.8mm M10 fixing hole. Fixings are not supplied - pair it with your standard M10 hardware.
Largest bolt in the range: the M10 version, zinc plated over mild steel with the high-temperature TPE160 liner fitted as standard, made to the same band dimensions as the M8 so brackets and spacing carry over. Across the M8 and M10 ranges the band dimensions are shared, so brackets, spacing and drilling carry over between fixing weights. Fixing nuts and bolts are not supplied - pair the clip with your standard hardware in the matching thread.
Also available - the 304 stainless version (PESH25BG); the 22mm size (PEZH22BG); the 28mm size (PEZH28BG).
One specification covers pipes, hoses and cables alike - fewer part numbers, tidier stores.

A. Its closed diameter is 25mm - match that to the outside diameter of the pipe, hose or cable you are fixing. If you need a size that is not listed, JCS makes non-standard sizes on request. That is approximately 1 in, if you work in imperial.
A. It does two jobs: cushioning the line against vibration and stopping the band chafing what it holds. The TPE160 high-temperature liner is UV and ozone resistant, rated -50C to +160C.
A. No - fixing nuts and bolts are not supplied. The clip has a 10.8mm hole to suit an M10 bolt.
A. Pick by environment, not fit: 304 stainless for outdoor, wet or corrosive runs, zinc plated (coated even on the cut edges) for general indoor and light industrial work. The two are dimensionally identical, so the mounting never changes.
A. The liner is UV and ozone resistant, so sunlight does not degrade it, and the band comes in zinc plated or 304 stainless for outdoor duty - stainless where it stays wet. Size the clip to the outside diameter of the tube or pipe being fixed.
A. Yes - JCS P-clips are designed for fixing pipes, hoses and cables, with the lined band protecting a cable sheath - armoured or otherwise - from chafing while absorbing vibration. Match the closed diameter to the cable's outside diameter.
