Sized at 22mm closed diameter with an 8.8mm hole for an M8 bolt, the PNSH22BG fixes pipes, hoses and cables to panels, frames and structures. Its TPE160 high-temperature liner - rated -50C to +160C - cushions the line against vibration and chafe and resists UV and ozone, while the ribbed band sits flush to the surface it is bolted to. Nuts and bolts are not included.
The M8 range is the step up in fixing strength - same lined-clip principle, bigger bolt. In 18/8 304 stainless it serves outdoor and corrosive duty, with the TPE160 high-temperature liner fitted as standard across the range. Non-standard sizes and liner options are available from JCS on request where a run falls outside the catalogue sizes. The liner is UV and ozone resistant, so outdoor runs do not degrade it.
Also available - the zinc plated version (PNZH22BG); the 19mm size (PNSH19BG); the 25mm size (PNSH25BG).
One specification covers pipes, hoses and cables alike - fewer part numbers, tidier stores.

A. P-clips are sized by closed diameter, and this one closes at 22mm - so it suits a pipe, hose or cable with a 22mm outside diameter. Measure the OD, not the bore; non-standard sizes are available from JCS on request. That is approximately 7/8 in, if you work in imperial.

A. Pick by environment, not fit: 304 stainless for outdoor, wet or corrosive runs, zinc plated (coated even on the cut edges) for general indoor and light industrial work. The two are dimensionally identical, so the mounting never changes.
