Machinery shakes; pipes and looms shouldn't. The clip between them does the absorbing.
Sized at 6mm closed diameter with a 10.8mm hole for an M10 bolt, the PEZH6BG fixes pipes, hoses and cables to panels, frames and structures. Its TPE160 high-temperature liner - rated -50C to +160C - cushions the line against vibration and chafe and resists UV and ozone, while the ribbed band sits flush to the surface it is bolted to. Nuts and bolts are not included.
Largest bolt in the range: the M10 version, zinc plated over mild steel with the high-temperature TPE160 liner fitted as standard, made to the same band dimensions as the M8 so brackets and spacing carry over. The liner is UV and ozone resistant, so outdoor runs do not degrade it. A strengthening rib keeps the band flush to the mounting face once bolted. JCS recommends letting the application decide the specification - what the line carries, the temperatures it sees, and how corrosive the environment is.
Also available - the 304 stainless version (PESH6BG); the 8mm size (PEZH8BG).

A. P-clips are sized by closed diameter, and this one closes at 6mm - so it suits a pipe, hose or cable with a 6mm outside diameter. Measure the OD, not the bore; non-standard sizes are available from JCS on request. That is approximately 1/4 in, if you work in imperial.
A. It does two jobs: cushioning the line against vibration and stopping the band chafing what it holds. The TPE160 high-temperature liner is UV and ozone resistant, rated -50C to +160C.
A. Pick by environment, not fit: 304 stainless for outdoor, wet or corrosive runs, zinc plated (coated even on the cut edges) for general indoor and light industrial work. The two are dimensionally identical, so the mounting never changes.
A. The liner is UV and ozone resistant, so sunlight does not degrade it, and the band comes in zinc plated or 304 stainless for outdoor duty - stainless where it stays wet. Size the clip to the outside diameter of the tube or pipe being fixed.
A. Yes - the design brief covers pipes, hoses and cables alike. The liner cushions the sheath against chafe and vibration, which matters as much on an armoured cable or air line as on a coolant hose. Size by outside diameter.
