Sized at 8mm closed diameter with an 8.8mm hole for an M8 bolt, the PNZH8BG fixes pipes, hoses and cables to panels, frames and structures. Its TPE160 high-temperature liner - rated -50C to +160C - cushions the line against vibration and chafe and resists UV and ozone, while the ribbed band sits flush to the surface it is bolted to. Nuts and bolts are not included.
This is the M8 fixing weight of the range - zinc plated on every surface, including the cut edges, with the TPE160 high-temperature liner as standard. The heavier bolt suits chassis rails, plant frames and structural mounting points where M6 hardware would be undersized. Non-standard sizes and liner options are available from JCS on request where a run falls outside the catalogue sizes.
Also available - the 304 stainless version (PNSH8BG); the 6mm size (PNZH6BG); the 10mm size (PNZH10BG).
