A pipe or cable left to rattle against the chassis wears through long before its service life is up.
Sized at 13mm closed diameter with a 10.8mm hole for an M10 bolt, the PEZH13BG fixes pipes, hoses and cables to panels, frames and structures. Its TPE160 high-temperature liner - rated -50C to +160C - cushions the line against vibration and chafe and resists UV and ozone, while the ribbed band sits flush to the surface it is bolted to. Nuts and bolts are not included.
Largest bolt in the range: the M10 version, zinc plated over mild steel with the high-temperature TPE160 liner fitted as standard, made to the same band dimensions as the M8 so brackets and spacing carry over. The closed diameter of 13mm should match the outside diameter of the pipe, hose or cable being fixed, not its bore. Across the M8 and M10 ranges the band dimensions are shared, so brackets, spacing and drilling carry over between fixing weights.
Also available - the 304 stainless version (PESH13BG); the 10mm size (PEZH10BG); the 16mm size (PEZH16BG).
One specification covers pipes, hoses and cables alike - fewer part numbers, tidier stores.

A. P-clips are sized by closed diameter, and this one closes at 13mm - so it suits a pipe, hose or cable with a 13mm outside diameter. Measure the OD, not the bore; non-standard sizes are available from JCS on request. That is approximately 1/2 in, if you work in imperial.
A. The TPE160 high-temperature liner absorbs vibration and prevents chafing of the item being clamped. It is UV and ozone resistant and rated for service from -50C to +160C.
A. The TPE liner is UV and ozone resistant, and the clip is available in heavily zinc plated steel or 304 stainless steel for outdoor and corrosive environments - choose stainless where conditions are persistently wet, and match the closed diameter to the tube you are fixing.
A. Yes - JCS P-clips are designed for fixing pipes, hoses and cables, with the lined band protecting a cable sheath - armoured or otherwise - from chafing while absorbing vibration. Match the closed diameter to the cable's outside diameter.
A. They do different jobs: a hose clip seals a flexible hose onto a rigid fitting, while a P-clip fixes a pipe, hose or cable to a surface - holding it in place rather than sealing it.
