The cheapest insurance on any pipe run is the clip that stops it moving.
JCS describes its P-clips as suited to the most challenging environments, and the PEZH8BG carries that specification at 8mm closed diameter: a TPE160 high-temperature liner rated -50C to +160C, UV and ozone resistant, wrapped in a ribbed band that bolts flush through a 10.8mm M10 fixing hole. Fixings are not supplied - pair it with your standard M10 hardware.
The M10 fixing is for the heaviest mounting points - zinc plated on all surfaces with the TPE160 liner as standard, it secures pipe and cable runs to structural steel and plant frames in non-corrosive conditions. Non-standard sizes and liner options are available from JCS on request where a run falls outside the catalogue sizes. The liner is UV and ozone resistant, so outdoor runs do not degrade it.
Also available - the 304 stainless version (PESH8BG); the 6mm size (PEZH6BG); the 10mm size (PEZH10BG).

A. Its closed diameter is 8mm - match that to the outside diameter of the pipe, hose or cable you are fixing. If you need a size that is not listed, JCS makes non-standard sizes on request. That is approximately 5/16 in, if you work in imperial.
A. The TPE160 high-temperature liner absorbs vibration and prevents chafing of the item being clamped. It is UV and ozone resistant and rated for service from -50C to +160C.
A. Yes - this range is supplied with the TPE160 high-temperature liner as standard, rated -50C to +160C, so it covers hot environments such as engine compartments as well as general duty.
A. No - fixing nuts and bolts are not supplied. The clip has a 10.8mm hole to suit an M10 bolt.
A. The 304 stainless version suits wet, salty or corrosive environments; the zinc plated version (coated on all surfaces including cut edges) suits general indoor and light industrial use. Both are made to identical dimensions, so you can switch material without changing your mounting.
A. The liner is UV and ozone resistant, so sunlight does not degrade it, and the band comes in zinc plated or 304 stainless for outdoor duty - stainless where it stays wet. Size the clip to the outside diameter of the tube or pipe being fixed.
