Every unsecured run of pipe, hose or cable is a failure waiting for a corrugation, pothole or engine harmonic.
Sized at 5mm closed diameter with a 6.6mm hole for an M6 bolt, the PCZH5BG fixes pipes, hoses and cables to panels, frames and structures. Its TPE160 high-temperature liner - rated -50C to +160C - cushions the line against vibration and chafe and resists UV and ozone, while the ribbed band sits flush to the surface it is bolted to. Nuts and bolts are not included.
The band is mild steel, heavily electro zinc plated on every surface - JCS plates after cutting, so even the cut edges are coated - making it the general purpose choice for indoor, automotive and light industrial routing. Dimensions are identical to the stainless version if the environment later demands an upgrade. With the TPE160 liner rated to +160C, it is the version to specify where heat builds - engine compartments, exhaust-adjacent runs and hot plant. Also available - the standard liner version (PCZR5BG); the 304 stainless version (PCSH5BG); the 6mm size (PCZH6BG).

A. P-clips are sized by closed diameter, and this one closes at 5mm - so it suits a pipe, hose or cable with a 5mm outside diameter. Measure the OD, not the bore; non-standard sizes are available from JCS on request.
A. It does two jobs: cushioning the line against vibration and stopping the band chafing what it holds. The TPE160 high-temperature liner is UV and ozone resistant, rated -50C to +160C.
A. Let the temperature decide. Up to +60C, the standard black TPE liner covers it; beyond that - engine compartments, exhaust-adjacent runs, hot plant - the grey TPE160 liner is rated from -50C to +160C.
A. Fixings are not included - pair the clip with your standard M6 hardware; the fixing hole is 6.6mm.
A. Pick by environment, not fit: 304 stainless for outdoor, wet or corrosive runs, zinc plated (coated even on the cut edges) for general indoor and light industrial work. The two are dimensionally identical, so the mounting never changes.
A. The TPE liner is UV and ozone resistant, and the clip is available in heavily zinc plated steel or 304 stainless steel for outdoor and corrosive environments - choose stainless where conditions are persistently wet, and match the closed diameter to the tube you are fixing.
