Constructed with rubber-to-metal bonded technology, the SF100 is an SF Mount rated to a maximum load of 320 kg and suited to lighter, compact or sensitive installations where controlled vibration isolation is the priority. The M12 threaded fixing and a profile measuring 165 mm (Z) × 100 mm (L) × 135 mm (T) with a height of 45.7 mm give the mount a defined footprint well matched to instruments, electronics and light equipment where space and load are constrained. The bonded rubber-to-metal construction allows the mount to be loaded in shear, compression or a combination of both, providing flexibility across different mounting orientations. Softer rubber grades within this family deliver greater deflection and improved isolation at lower loads, making them particularly well suited to protecting sensitive items from transmitted vibration. The mount supports improved machinery lifespan, protects surrounding structures and contributes to enhanced operator comfort. With an inner fixing dimension of 37 mm (I) and a bolt-circle or slot count of 3 (S), the SF100 is dimensionally consistent across the industries it serves: construction and off-highway, agriculture, power generation, marine, railway and mass transit, automotive, and military and defence. It is an appropriate choice wherever lightweight or precision-sensitive equipment requires reliable vibration management without the bulk of higher-load variants.
