Prioritising maximum vibration isolation over restraint, the TMS08035-45-45 is an 80 mm Type A turret mount rated to a 35 kg maximum load with a 45 Shore A soft rubber element, the lowest hardness grade in this geometry and the one that delivers the greatest deflection under load, up to 8.0 mm. Where the goal is protecting sensitive or lightly loaded equipment from low-frequency vibration rather than controlling significant movement, this is the grade to specify. The rubber-to-metal bonded construction uses an M8 thread (dimension I) and combines the soft elastomer with a compact turret profile. Softer grades give greater deflection and better isolation at lower load, as confirmed by the family specification, making this mount the natural choice wherever isolation performance is the primary requirement and equipment loads are on the lighter side. Stainless steel hardware and oil-resistant or high-temperature rubber compounds are available on request for more demanding environments.
