Built to hold firm under demanding conditions, TML10500-65-65 is an M12 turret mounting rated to a maximum load of 500 kg at 65 Shore A hardness, the stiffest grade in this geometry and the one selected when movement must be minimised and loads are at their heaviest. Maximum deflection is 10.0 mm, reflecting the firm rubber compound's resistance to displacement under shock, impact, or sustained high static loading. Rubber-to-metal bonded construction is employed throughout, combining the load-bearing integrity of the metal element with the damping properties of the vulcanised rubber. At 65 Shore A, the rubber resists compression and shear with substantially less give than softer grades, making this mount the correct choice where component restraint and positional stability take precedence over maximum vibration isolation amplitude. The mount can be loaded in shear, compression, or a combination of both. The dimensional envelope is: A 150 mm, B 105–126 mm, C 86 mm, D 11 mm, E 22.5 mm, F 70 mm, G 6 mm, H 82 mm, thread I M12.
