Compact and precise, the ESS20/15 is the lightest-duty enclosed spring mounting in this range, rated to a maximum load of 15 kg with up to 20 mm of deflection on an M8 thread and a 76 mm body diameter. Where sensitive equipment, lower-mass machinery, or installations with limited clearance demand genuine low-frequency isolation, this mount delivers the high deflection and low natural frequency that rubber-alone mounts cannot match. The rubber-to-metal bonded construction allows the mount to accept loading in shear, compression, or a combination of both, giving installation engineers flexibility in how the mount is oriented and positioned. The enclosed spring design protects internal components from contamination and mechanical damage, an advantage in agricultural, marine, and construction environments where particulate and moisture ingress would otherwise compromise performance over time. With outer dimensions of 76 mm (A) × 63 mm (B), a compressed height range of 54–60 mm (C), and a flange depth of 6.5 mm (F), the ESS20/15 is suited to light-duty generator sets, compact power units, small marine auxiliaries, and automotive or off-highway sub-assemblies where operator comfort and structural protection of nearby components are priorities. The mount improves machinery lifespan and reduces the transmission of vibration to surrounding structures. Enclosed Spring Mountings are a high-performance product, capable of achieving up to 99% vibration reduction. Enclosed Spring Mounts consist of steel coil springs mounted within a steel cup. The steel cup controls the lateral movement of the mounted equipment and also contains snubbing rubber to control start-up and shut-down movements. Ideal for industrial machinery. The mountings are supplied with a top fixing bolt to allow for leveling after installation and can be supplied with an oil-resistant anti-slip pad under the base.
