Rated to 50 kg static load with a deflection rate of 1.4 kg/mm, the TB12 is the entry point of the T-Bush range, a rubber-to-metal bonded inner-outer-sleeve bush engineered for dynamic load environments where controlled movement, vibration isolation and extended service life are essential requirements. At 31.8 mm outer diameter (dimension A), this is the smallest bush in the series, suited to applications where spatial constraints demand a compact mounting solution without compromising structural integrity. Constructed with rubber bonded between inner and outer metal sleeves, the TB12 delivers high durability under dynamic loading and requires no lubrication, making it entirely maintenance-free throughout its service life. The rubber-to-metal bonded construction absorbs and isolates vibration in shear, compression or combined loading modes, protecting surrounding structures, improving machinery lifespan and enhancing operator comfort. Dimensions for the TB12 are: A 31.8 mm, B 27.2 mm, C 10.2 mm, D 24.1 mm, F 14 mm. The bush is well suited to pivot bearings, mechanical linkages, agricultural machinery, power generation equipment and marine installations where a light-duty, compact anti-vibration solution is required. Custom configurations, including stainless steel metal components and oil-resistant or high-temperature rubber compounds. Are available on request. Larger T-Bush variants are available for higher load and dimensional requirements: TB25, TB45, TB50, TB60, TB65 and TB75. Conical-bore variants TBCBA20 and TBCBA24 are also available where application geometry demands them. The TB12 is supplied as a single bush unit.
