A. The FB00-75 is rated to a maximum load of 40 kg. At 75 Shore A — the firmest grade in the FB00 series — it carries load with the least deflection of the three available hardness options, making it appropriate where positional restraint under heavier or shock loading is required.
A. Key dimensions are: outer diameter (A) 36 mm, B 28 mm, C 12 mm, D 11 mm, E 8.1 mm, F 26 mm, G 12 mm, H 26 mm, I 5.2 mm, Figure 1 configuration. No PCD is specified.
A. The firm 75 Shore A grade is suited to applications requiring high load capacity and minimal movement, including cab mounts, mechanical linkages, pivot bearings, and chassis assemblies in construction and off-highway, military and defence, railway and mass transit, agricultural, and automotive equipment — particularly where shock and impact loads must be resisted without excessive positional deflection.
A. No. The rubber-to-metal bonded construction is maintenance free and requires no lubrication throughout its service life.
A. Harder grades carry higher loads with less movement; softer grades give greater deflection and better vibration isolation at lower loads. The FB00-45 (45 Shore A) and FB00-60 (60 Shore A) offer progressively greater deflection and isolation performance. The FB00-75 delivers the firmest response, with the highest load capacity and least movement in the FB00 series.
A. Yes. Stainless steel metalwork and oil-resistant or high-temperature rubber compounds are available on request, as are additional and custom sizes beyond the standard range.
A. Larger flanged bush variants are available across the FB02, FB10, FB20, FB21, FB40, and FB41 series. Within the FB00 geometry, alternative Shore grades are FB00-45 and FB00-60.
