A. The buffer measures 30mm diameter by 25mm height with an M8x20 male stud. It has a maximum load capacity of 131.0 kg and a deflection of 6.25 mm.
A. The 70 Shore A grade is the firmest option in the 30x25mm flat buffer range. It carries the highest load — 131.0 kg maximum — with the least movement at 6.25 mm deflection. Where an application demands firm positional restraint under heavy or repeated impact, the 70 Shore A grade is the appropriate choice. Softer grades such as 45 Shore A or 60 Shore A provide greater deflection and better vibration isolation but at lower load capacities.
A. The 3025MFB20-70 is suited to construction equipment, commercial vehicles, agricultural machinery, industrial plant, marine equipment, power generation systems, and railway or mass transit applications — wherever firm buffering against impact shocks from external moving components is required.
A. Male Flat Buffers absorb and dissipate energy when a secondary object strikes or bears against the flat face. The rubber-to-metal bonded construction allows the unit to be loaded in shear, compression, or a combination of both, cushioning impact force while the metal stud provides a secure single-point fixing to the host structure.
A. Yes. Stainless steel metal components and oil-resistant or high-temperature rubber compounds are available on request, as are additional and custom sizes beyond the standard range.
A. The 30x25mm geometry is offered in 45 Shore A (3025MFB20-45) and 60 Shore A (3025MFB20-60) in addition to this 70 Shore A unit. Further geometries and sizes within the Male Flat Buffer range include 0808MFB06, 100100MFB44, 10030MFB41, 10040MFB44, 10050MFB41, and 10055MFB44.
