A. This buffer has a maximum load rating of 88.3 kg and a deflection of 3.75 mm, based on the manufacturer's published specifications for the 30 x 15 mm, M8 x 20 mm, 45 Shore A configuration.
A. At 45 Shore A, this is the softest grade in the 30 x 15 mm male flat buffer family. Softer grades produce greater deflection under load and deliver better vibration isolation, particularly at lower frequencies and lighter loads. This grade is suited to sensitive or compact equipment where minimising transmitted vibration is more important than limiting movement.
A. The buffer is used across light-duty industrial machinery, agricultural equipment, elevators, commercial vehicles, and construction equipment. Industries served include construction and off-highway, agriculture, power generation, marine, railway and mass transit, automotive, and military and defence applications.
A. The buffer uses rubber-to-metal bonded construction. The rubber element works by absorbing and dissipating energy, and can be loaded in compression, shear, or a combination of both, cushioning machinery against impact shocks and reducing vibration transmitted to surrounding structures and operators.
A. Yes — the 30 x 15 mm male flat buffer is also available in 60 Shore A (3015MFB20-60) and 70 Shore A (3015MFB20-70). Custom options including oil-resistant or high-temperature rubber compounds and stainless steel metalwork are available on request.
A. Standard UK mainland delivery is 3–5 working days. Next-day delivery is available on most products and will appear as an option at checkout where eligible.
