With outer diameter D1 of 100mm, flange diameter D2 of 95mm and an overall height of 55mm, and M16x41 male threads on both faces, this mount is sized and hardened for demanding duty where structural security and minimal deflection are as important as vibration control. At 70 Shore A, the rubber compound sits at the firmer end of the hardness scale, which means it carries substantially higher loads with less movement than softer grades. Rubber-to-metal bonded construction locks the elastomer to the metal inserts, resisting pull-out under shock or sustained compressive force. The mount may be loaded in shear, compression, or a combination of both, giving engineers the flexibility to orient it as the installation demands. Stainless steel hardware and oil-resistant or high-temperature rubber variants are available on request for corrosive or thermally demanding environments.
