A. This mount has a maximum load rating of 460 kg and a deflection of 2.2 mm at that load, as specified for the 100 x 30 mm, M16, 45 Shore A configuration.
A. The 45 Shore A compound is the softest grade in this size range. Softer rubber produces greater deflection and better vibration isolation, particularly at lower frequencies, making it the preferred choice where isolating vibration matters more than minimising movement — for example, on sensitive instruments, diesel generators, or air-conditioning plant subject to persistent low-frequency excitation.
A. The mount may be loaded in shear, compression, or a combination of both, providing flexibility in how it is installed and oriented within a machine or structure.
A. The outer diameter is 100 mm and the height is 30 mm. Both male studs are M16 with a shank length of 44 mm.
A. It is suited to diesel engines, generator sets, air-conditioning units, exhaust mountings, industrial machinery, and agricultural and construction equipment. Industries served include power generation, marine, railway and mass transit, automotive, agriculture, and construction and off-highway sectors.
A. Yes. The male-male bobbin range covers weights from approximately 1 kg to 2,000 kg per mounting, and additional or custom sizes are available on request. Stainless steel metalwork and oil-resistant or high-temperature rubber compounds can also be supplied on request.
