The 40 mm diameter by 30 mm height body carries M10 x 25 mm male stud and M10 female thread, making it straightforward to integrate into existing bolt patterns on heavier-duty equipment. At 70 Shore A this mount sits at the firm end of the hardness range. Where softer grades prioritise deflection and isolation of delicate machinery, this grade holds its position under shock, impact and sustained load, exactly the behaviour demanded by diesel engines, generator sets, heavy industrial machinery, and exhaust mountings subject to sudden loading events. The rubber-to-metal bonded construction transfers load predictably whilst still attenuating vibration sufficiently to improve machinery lifespan and protect surrounding structures. The mount is usable in shear, compression, or a combination of both, lending itself to installations across construction and off-highway equipment, power generation, marine, railway and mass transit, agricultural plant, and automotive and military applications. Custom variants in stainless steel metalwork or oil-resistant and high-temperature rubbers are available on request for demanding environments where standard materials are insufficient.
