Balancing isolation performance with structural support, the 3020MM20-60 is a male-male bobbin anti-vibration mount measuring 30 mm diameter by 20 mm height, fitted with M8 x 20 mm threaded studs on both faces and vulcanised to a 60 Shore A medium-hardness rubber element. Its rated maximum load of 38.0 kg and deflection of 1.6 mm place it squarely in the mid-range of this bobbin family, suited to lighter, compact or vibration-sensitive installations where an even trade-off between controlled movement and steady support is required. The rubber-to-metal bonded construction allows the mount to operate in shear, compression or a combination of both loading modes, giving designers flexibility in how loads are directed through the mounting point. The medium Shore A rating is intentional: softer grades yield greater deflection and superior isolation under lower loads, harder grades carry heavier loads with minimal movement, and this 60-grade occupies the broad middle ground, absorbing vibration effectively whilst maintaining positional stability for the mounted assembly. Custom variants in oil-resistant and high-temperature rubbers, as well as stainless steel hardware, are available on request.
