Balancing isolation performance with load-bearing support, the 3030MM20-60 is a male-male bobbin anti-vibration mount measuring 30 mm diameter by 30 mm height, with M8 x 20 mm threaded studs and a 60 Shore A rubber hardness rating. Rated to a maximum load of 28.0 kg with a deflection of 2.6 mm, this mid-range hardness grade occupies the broad middle ground of machinery mounting, delivering controlled movement under load whilst maintaining consistent isolation characteristics across a balanced range of applications. Constructed with rubber-to-metal bonded technology, the mount is designed to operate in shear, compression or a combination of both loading directions. The 60 Shore A compound provides the characteristic equilibrium of the medium grade: less deflection than softer variants for improved positional stability, yet sufficient compliance to attenuate vibration and reduce shock transmission effectively. This makes the mount well suited to installations where neither extreme isolation nor heavy structural restraint is the primary requirement. Stainless steel metal components and oil-resistant or high-temperature rubber compounds are available on request for demanding environments. The 3030MM20-60 is suited to a wide cross-section of light to moderate-duty applications including instruments, air-conditioning units, industrial machinery and equipment, and general-purpose generator set mounting. Across the industries served by this range, including power generation, agriculture, automotive and marine. Male Male Bobbins- also known as Type A Bobbins or Type 1 Bobbins. Low-cost Anti-Vibration solution for reducing vibration & shock. They can be used in either Shear or Compression or a combination and are available with various thread configurations. Additional Sizes are available, Plus Stainless-Steel metals and Oil Resistant / High Temperature rubbers available on request.
