Striking the balance between isolation performance and load-carrying capacity, the 2030MM18-60 is a male-male bobbin anti-vibration mount sized at 20 x 30 mm with M6 x 18 mm threaded studs, rated to a maximum load of 9.6 kg and a deflection of 2.6 mm. Its 60 Shore A rubber hardness positions it firmly in the middle ground of the range, offering enough compliance for effective vibration attenuation while retaining the rigidity needed to support the machinery above it without excessive movement. Constructed using rubber-to-metal bonded technology, this mount can be loaded in shear, compression or a combination of both, giving engineers flexibility in how it is oriented within an installation. The 60 Shore A formulation is suited to compact or lightly loaded assemblies where neither maximum isolation nor maximum restraint is the primary concern, but where a reliable, predictable balance of both is required. The result is improved machinery lifespan, protection for surrounding structures, and enhanced operator comfort. The 20 x 30 mm geometry and M6 thread make this mount particularly well-suited to instruments, air-conditioning units and smaller industrial equipment, applications where mounting footprints are compact and load demands are moderate. It is equally applicable to exhaust mountings and diesel engine ancillaries in agricultural, marine and power-generation environments. Stainless steel hardware and oil-resistant or high-temperature rubber compounds are available on request for more demanding operating conditions. This mount is part of a wider male-male bobbin range.
