Sitting at the lighter end of the female-female bobbin range, SKU 2030FF06-60 is a 20 x 30 mm rubber-to-metal bonded anti-vibration mount with M6 female threads at both ends and a 60 Shore A medium hardness rating. At this compact body size, the 60 Shore A grade delivers a calibrated balance of isolation efficiency and structural support, rated to a maximum load of 10.0 kg with a controlled deflection of 2.6 mm. Making it well suited to lighter, precision-sensitive installations where movement must be managed without excessive compliance. The rubber-to-metal bonded construction allows the mount to operate effectively in shear, compression, or a combination of both loading directions. The medium hardness grade sits between the greater deflection of softer compounds and the higher load capacity of firmer grades, offering a general-purpose performance profile that covers the broad middle ground of vibration and shock control. Female Female Bobbins, also referred to as Type C Bobbins or Type 3 Bobbins are a low cost Anti Vibration Mount, suitable for reducing vibration & shock and a vast array of different applications. They should be used in either Shear or Compression or in a combination, however like all bobbins, not put into tension. Bobbins are available with many different thread Sizes, ranging from M3-M24 and in various lengths. Additional Bobbin Mounts sizes are available on request and can be produced in various grades of Stainless Steel and Oil & High Temperature resistant rubbers.
