The CTM1063812-70 is the firmest grade on the 106 x 38 mm captive body, rated to 525 kg per mount. It pairs a 70 Shore rubber element with an M12 stud and is sized for heavier diesel engines, generating sets and compressors that still need transit restraint.
Shear-compression loading of the rubber achieves up to 95% vibration reduction in all axes. The integral overload stop keeps the mounted equipment controlled while it travels, the captive arrangement is failsafe under shock loads, and the metal top cap protects the element from oil and fuel. The mount presents a 106 mm flange (A) and 38 mm height (B), fixes through 12.5 x 19 mm slots at 138-146 mm centres, and has an 80 mm inner dimension, 171 mm free length and 4 mm base.
