Constructed from a grey cast iron body with quenched and tempered structural steel jaws, this heavy-duty vice delivers a clamping force of 15kN across a jaw width and jaw opening of 4" (101mm) and a jaw depth of 1.5" (38mm). The swivel base measures 7.75" x 5.75" (197mm x 146mm) and incorporates a 13mm mounting hole for secure bench or machine table fixing. An angle gauge is included for precise set-up, supporting accuracy in complex or repetitive machining operations. The vice achieves an accuracy and parallelism rating of 0.05mm per 100mm.
This vice is compatible with the SIP F25-GB 8-Speed Industrial Floor Pillar Drill (01719), the SIP F32-ID Vari-Speed Industrial Floor Pillar Drill (01720) and the SIP F40-IDA Vari-Speed Industrial Floor Pillar Drill (01721).
