The Draper HI-TORQ® 6 Point Impact Socket (SKU 5011) is a 7mm, 1/4" square drive socket designed for use with air, electric, or manual impact wrenches. Its six-point profile provides positive engagement across fastener flats, reducing the risk of rounding during high-torque applications. Each socket is forged from chrome molybdenum steel, then hardened and tempered to withstand the shock loads generated by impact tooling. A chemical blacking process provides corrosion protection, extending service life in demanding workshop environments. Important: only impact-rated sockets and accessories should be used with air or electric powered wrenches. Chrome vanadium steel sockets must never be used with impact tools, as they can shatter under impact loads and cause serious personal injury. The Draper HI-TORQ® 5011 is supplied display packed as a single 7mm socket, ready for immediate use on the workshop floor or at the point of sale.
