The 6-point profile delivers positive engagement across the full flat of a fastener, reducing the risk of rounding under impact loads. The deep format allows the socket to seat fully on extended fasteners, studs, and recessed fixings that a standard-depth socket cannot reach. This 4mm socket is designed for use with 1/4" square drive air, electric, or manual impact wrenches. Important safety note: only impact-rated sockets and accessories must be used with air or electric powered wrenches.
