Worn or inaccurate tyre gauges slow down workshop throughput and risk under- or over-inflation. The PCL DTI08 is a digital tyre inflator gauge fitted with a 1.8 m (6 ft) hose and Euro clip-on tyre valve connection, designed for professional workshop tyre inflation across all tyre types up to 170 psi. The DTI08 delivers reliable accuracy of +/- 1 psi up to 60 psi, +/- 2 psi up to 145 psi, and +/- 3 psi up to 170 psi. Each unit is individually serialised and supplied with a calibration certificate traceable to international standards. A hand trigger controls inflation and a thumb-operated deflate button allows precise pressure adjustment. The large LCD display incorporates a backlight for low-visibility areas and a battery level indicator, with an auto power-off function to preserve battery life. The DTI08 operates over a calibration range of 5–170 psi (0.34–12 bar / 34–1200 kPa), with a display resolution of 0.1 psi / 0.01 bar / 1 kPa. Maximum inlet pressure is 218 psi (15 bar / 1500 kPa), flow rate is 910 l/min at 13 bar supply, and the inlet/outlet connection is Rp 1/4. PCL position the DTI as their mid-range alternative to the ACCURA 1, making individual-certified electronic inflation available positioned.
