Worn or inaccurate tyre inflation tools waste time and compromise safety. The PCL ATIH081 is a mechanical dial gauge tyre inflator from PCL's ATI mid-range, calibrated 0–170 psi / 0–12 bar, fitted with a 0.5 m hose and Euro clip-on valve connector — suitable for tyre shops, garages, car dealers and transport depots. The ATIH081 features a lightweight biomorphic design intended to reduce operator fatigue during prolonged use. The nylon body is protected by bumpers around the dial housing, combining low weight with durability. The clear dial display is graduated to 0.1 bar / 2 psi resolution for fast, accurate readings, and the direct valve design is engineered to increase both inflation and deflation speeds. The inflator accepts a maximum inlet pressure of 15 bar / 218 psi and delivers a flow rate of 910 l/min at 13 bar supply, making it capable of serving cars and commercial trucks across the full 0–12 bar range. Each unit is individually tested for accuracy and supplied with a calibration certificate. Note that the ATIH081 is not EC approved; PCL specify the AirForce II for applications requiring BS EN 12645:2014 approval. Operating temperature range is –20 °C to +60 °C.
