The SIP HP200W-DC (SKU 25020) is a professional petrol welder generator powered by a Honda GX390 389cc EURO V engine, delivering a maximum rated output of 4.00kVA alongside a 50A–200A DC arc welding output. Designed to provide mobile welding solutions for a variety of tasks, the machine also offers auxiliary 230V and 115V supply outputs for use as a standalone generator on site.
At the heart of the HP200W-DC is the Honda GX390 engine, engineered with an inclined cylinder and counterbalance shaft for smooth running. Hot spark ignition and splash-fed lubrication support reliable starts and sustained operation, while a low oil shutdown feature helps prevent engine damage. The unit delivers a welding duty cycle of 170A at 60% and maintains an open circuit voltage of 75V, supporting electrode diameters from Ø1.6mm to 5mm and an approximate welding thickness range of 1.5mm to 8mm.
The 7.3-litre fuel tank provides an approximate runtime of 2.45 hours, and the design is noted for excellent fuel efficiency and reduced oil consumption for longer service life. The machine carries a protection rating of IP21 and Class H insulation, making it suited to demanding workshop and field environments.
