The Draper Expert HI-TORQ® Deep Offset Ring Spanner in 25 x 28mm is a long-pattern tool forged from chrome vanadium steel, then hardened, tempered, chrome plated and fully polished throughout — a construction that delivers both corrosion resistance and a professional finish. The ring ends are cranked at 15°, allowing the user to maintain knuckle clearance when working close to a surface. This 25 x 28mm spanner is supplied in a polybag with a barcode label, consistent with the packaging format used across the larger sizes in the HI-TORQ® range (21 x 23mm to 55 x 60mm). Stock Nos. 55703 to 55708 within this range are bi-hexagon; the 55700 features the standard cranked ring-end profile. Manufactured generally in accordance with DIN 838 specifications, this spanner meets recognised standards for offset ring spanners. Draper Expert HI-TORQ® is a registered trademark of Draper Tools Ltd, reflecting the Expert Quality classification applied to this range.
