The long pattern design, combined with ring ends cranked at 15°, provides the clearance and leverage needed to access deep-set or obstructed fasteners without compromising on turning force. Forged from chrome vanadium steel, the spanner is hardened, tempered, chrome plated and fully polished throughout, delivering a robust tool that resists corrosion and maintains its finish under sustained workshop use. The 15° cranked ring ends are the defining feature of the HI-TORQ® range, applicable across the 6 x 7mm to 20 x 22mm size span, with the exception of Stock Nos. 55703 to 55708, which feature bi-hexagon ring ends. This 18 x 19mm spanner is manufactured generally in accordance with DIN 838 specifications, confirming adherence to established dimensional and performance standards. Draper Expert HI-TORQ® is a registered trademark of Draper Tools Ltd. The spanner is supplied on a header card, suitable for peg display or tool storage environments.
