The Draper HI-TORQ® Metric Reversible Ratcheting Combination Spanner in 13mm addresses this directly: the ratchet ring end requires only 5° of movement to advance a fastener, making it well suited to confined environments where a standard spanner cannot complete a full arc. The ring end features a 90-tooth ratchet mechanism with a forward/reverse direction changer, allowing the operator to switch drive direction without removing the tool from the fastener. The cranked ring end is offset at 15°, and the open end is likewise set at 15°, both angles contributing to improved knuckle clearance and access in awkward positions. The 12-point HI-TORQ® ring profile is designed to deliver optimal leverage on the fastener. The spanner is forged from chrome vanadium steel, then hardened, tempered, chrome plated and fully polished throughout, providing a mirror finish and the structural integrity expected of a professional workshop tool.
