The Draper 31010 13mm Metric Ratcheting Combination Spanner addresses this through a HI-TORQ® ring end incorporating a 72-tooth ratcheting mechanism, which enables a working arc of 4° and allows effective use in confined spaces where a conventional spanner cannot complete a full swing. The ring end features a 12-point HI-TORQ® profile to deliver optimal leverage on fasteners, whilst the open end is set at 15° to provide clearance and improved access at different angles. The spanner is forged from chrome vanadium steel, then hardened, tempered, and mirror chrome plated to a fully polished finish, providing durability and resistance to corrosion in demanding workshop environments. The spanner measures 180mm in length and is supplied as a single 13mm unit. The combination of the ratcheting ring end and angled open end makes it suited to repetitive fastening and loosening tasks where speed and access are both priorities.
